22 • 302 Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 1st 2025
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our facilities, services, and amenities. By digitally accepting this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to abide by every clause set forth herein, as well as by applicable Saudi laws and local cultural norms.
1. Definitions

“Member” means any individual who holds an active membership with 22 • 302 Coworking Space, including complimentary access provided by 22 • 302 management.

“Services” refers to workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, communal lounges, kitchen facilities, showers, lockers, and any ancillary offerings.

“Force Majeure” covers events beyond our reasonable control—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics—that may delay or prevent us from providing normal operations.
2. Membership Eligibility
All individuals must be at least 18 years old to become a Member. Any person under 18 must present a signed consent form from a legal guardian before registration. Each Member must provide valid identification, which can be a Saudi national ID, a residency (Iqama) permit, or, for international visitors, a passport accompanied by an e-Tourist visa.
3. Workspace Usage
3.1 Desk Etiquette
Members must keep their work area clean and tidy, removing all personal items at the end of each session. Desks may not be reserved beyond the hours for which they are booked, and any unoccupied items left unattended may be cleared by staff.
3.2 Quiet & Collaboration Zones
To promote a productive environment, members should be respectful of one another and maintain a quiet and peaceful environment. Phone conversations are only permitted in private booths – not exceeding 30 minutes. Meeting rooms are intended for group discussion and teamwork and may be used freely for moderate noise levels. Meeting rooms need to be booked in advance, with usage credits varying by membership tier.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
Members must refrain from any activity that violates Islamic etiquette, local law or community standards.
3.4 Shared Amenities
Shared amenities include a lounge area with coffee, tea, and refreshments. Gender-segregated restrooms and shower rooms are available and need to be maintained clean and tidy after use. All members need to be thoughtful about other members and ensure they leave the space in a good shape for the next use.
4. Wireless Network Usage
By using our internet service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet, whether the connection is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. Security issues include, without limitation, interception of transmissions, loss of data, and the introduction of viruses and other programs that can corrupt or damage your computer.
Accordingly, you agree that the owner and/or provider of this network is not liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or other devices that result from the transmission or download of information or materials through the internet service provided.
Use of the wireless network is subject to the general restrictions outlined below. If abnormal, illegal, or unauthorized behavior is detected, including heavy consumption of bandwidth, the network provider reserves the right to permanently disconnect the offending device from the wireless network.
Examples of Illegal Uses.
The following are representative examples only and do not comprise a comprehensive list of illegal uses:
1. Spamming and invasion of privacy - Sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet using the Service or using the Service for activities that invade another's privacy.
2. Intellectual property right violations - Engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary right of any third party.
3. Accessing illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, equipment or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate/circumvent security measures of another system. This includes any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration, including, but not limited to, port scans, stealth scans, or other information gathering activity.
4. The transfer of technology, software, or other materials in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.
5. Export Control Violations

Using the Service in violation of applicable law and regulation, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, pirating software, or making fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services.
7. Uttering threats.
8. Distribution of materials non-compliant with Islamic morals and values.
Examples of Unacceptable Uses
The following are representative examples only and do not comprise a comprehensive list of unacceptable uses:
1. High bandwidth operations, such as large file transfers and media sharing with peer-to-peer programs (i.e. torrents)
2. Obscene or indecent speech or materials
3. Defamatory or abusive language
4. Using the Service to transmit, post, upload, or otherwise making available defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening material or language that encourages bodily harm, destruction of property or harasses another.
5. Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message.

8. Distribution of Internet viruses, Trojan horses, or other destructive activities
9. Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the node or any connected network, system, service, or equipment.
10. Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software product, product, or service that is designed to violate these Terms of Use, which includes the facilitation of the means to spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks, and piracy of software.
11. The sale, transfer, or rental of the Service to customers, clients or other third parties, either directly or as part of a service or product created for resale.
12. Seeking information on passwords or data belonging to another user.
13. Making unauthorized copies of proprietary software or offering unauthorized copies of proprietary software to others.
14. Intercepting or examining the content of messages, files, or communications in transit on a data network.
5. Right of Closure
In the case of a force majeure that requires immediate action, 22•302 management may close all or part of its operations on short notice. Furthermore 22•302 management reserves the right to close all or part of its operations for any further reason that it deems necessary for the comfort and well-being of the Members. In such cases, we will provide Members with at least 7 days advance notice before the closure takes effect. During that notice period, all Services will remain fully available.
6. Cultural & Legal Compliance
6.1 Dress Code
All individuals on the premises must adhere to Islamic guidelines and local etiquette by wearing modest attire.
6.2 Prayer Rooms
A prayer room is available on-site for female Members. A prayer room is available in the same building for male Members.
7. Liability & Security
7.1 Property & Belongings
Members are liable for any intentional damage to Space property, and repair costs will be covered by liable Members in a fair and transparent way. The Space is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items; secure lockers are strongly recommended.
7.2 Cybersecurity
Our public Wi-Fi network is provided without encryption. Members handling sensitive or confidential data are strongly advised to use a VPN. CCTV cameras monitor all common areas in compliance with local regulations.
8. Termination & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Termination
We may immediately terminate a Member’s access for serious breach of these Terms & Conditions, violation of local law, or conduct that threatens the safety of others.
78.2 Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation or mediation will be submitted to the competent courts of Medina.
9. Health, Safety & Emergency
We maintain clearly marked fire exits and conduct monthly evacuation drills. A first-aid kit and an automated external defibrillator (AED) are available on-site, and selected staff are trained in basic first-aid and CPR.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance via email and notices posted on-site. Continued use of the Space after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
