● Supporting the preparation of management reports
Roles as a Finance Business Partner:
● Preparing global company accounts (Internal)
● Management of inter-company transactions
● Reconciling between global companies
● Transfer pricing strategy and management
● Management Reporting and health checks
● Monthly finance reports showing incoming/outgoing and company snapshot
● Budgeting and forecasting
● Oversight of bookkeeping and reconciliation (for all companies) including uploading bills & invoices for transactions
● Salary management
● Submitting Quarterly VAT reports for global companies
● Compiling & submitting annual company tax returns
● Monthly global management reporting
● Active suggestions in spending and cash flow management
● Inputting necessary processes to control and track spending
● Foresight of accounts especially when nearing year-end
● Advise with accounts to optimise tax
● Working with vendors to compile company accounts
● Liaising with outsourced accounting team to complete official & governmental tasks
● VAT registration - monitoring global jurisdiction thresholds
● Annual ESR notification submission by liaising with external accounting team (UAE)
