How it works
Musharaka Alliance is variable income, not fixed. Returns are tied to the performance of the underlying asset - the better it performs, the better the distribution for everyone including us.

Underlying Asset
Qadr Capital sources new or existing income generating businesses that operate within real estate (Hotels, STR, etc). We analyse and create an investment structure with the underlying asset being the collatoral.
True Profit Share
Qadr Capital invests it capital alongside your to setup the asset to maximise the profitability of the asset. Net rental income is distributed on an agreed profit-share depending on the location and asset type.
Total Control
Qadr Capital fully manages the asset directly for investors, with transparency and data at its core accessible through your Qadr Private account. You can sell your share at any point and exit - capital is returned on completion of your asset sale.

No Income Speculation
Every asset must generate real, contracted income from day one of stabilisation. We do not invest for appreciation alone.
Defensible demand
Location, market depth, and demand profile must be verifiable - not projected. We underwrite to today's market, not tomorrow's hope.
Operator-led economics
Every asset must have a clear operator, a clear operating model, and clear accountability. No asset is acquired without the operational structure in place to run it.
Defined exit pathway
No asset is structured without a defined pathway to investor exit - sale, refinance, or structured buyback. Liquidity is designed in, not assumed.

Qadr Capital operated the asset and net income is distributed quarterly in based on the apartment / unit you own. Profit and loss are shared as true partners - not disguised as debt.
